STUDYING

In Atlantic Canada, studying at a college or university is a fast and easy pathway to permanent residency. Permanent Residency can be a three-year, three-step strategy.

OPTION A

In year one, you can study in one of our suggested programs where the chance of job placement is high.

In year two, take advantage of an open work permit to prove yourself to your employer.

In year three, get a formal job offer and apply for residency.

OPTION B

Take a two-year program for years one and two. In year three apply to AIPP graduate program.

Atlantic Canada consists of four provinces which together have at least twelve residency programs to choose from for those studying a one-year program.

When taking a two-year program there are 16 different pathways to residency options!

ATLANTIC CANADA has an aging population, and the region is looking for young people.

In this part of Canada your chances of settlement are higher than anywhere else in the country.

OPTION C

Whether you are a first-year student or an accomplished scholar, attending a Canadian University provides hundreds of career choices and valuable insight into Canadian culture.

By studying a four-year bachelor’s degree or a one year post graduate specialization, you will facilitate your transition into employment and your post graduate work permit. It's no surprise that most Canadians say that time spent socializing on campus is as valuable as the degree itself.
